PMO Services


Fixed Network Integration Appointed IS lead responsible for the pre Id and assess delivery of this project in partnership with third party vendors such as MGJV, Arqiva, WIPRO, Accenture and other TW smart metering SMEs. This project involved installation of AMI smart water meters over a fixed network in about 300k properties in London throughout AMP 6 year 1.

Business Objects reporting I led the IBM, TW, WIPRO partnership to deliver a conceptual design for the analytic and dash boarding solution for reporting. The solution is designed to source data from multiple systems on Business Objects universe using SAP BO 4.1 and Qlikview hybrid solution to deliver an effective self-service solution to my business stakeholders.

Bulk Metering Program I was responsible for delivering the solution that saves 6.6mL water in AMP 6 year 1. This was a strategic initiative to report savings on CSL (customer side leakage) to OFWAT in order to avoid hefty fine similar to the previous year’s.
